With the continuous development of DTF Printer technology, DTF Printer has been upgraded from 2 head to 5 head. Can be predicted in the future 7, 9, and 11-head printers will also be stabilized smoothly. In DTF printing, drying is crucial. Unlike other textile industries, DTF ink contains a high amount of glycol added during the pigment ink manufacturing process. If the glycol isn’t fully evaporated during the drying stage issues will arise. To ensure complete drying at faster printing speeds, it is essential to increase both the uniformity and penetration of heat inside the heater chamber, which presents a significant technical challenge. Extending the tunnel length of the shaker alone doesn’t guarantee proper drying.
