Topwisdom Control System
The embroidery work is controlled by the Topwisdom computer. Different colors can be selected according to the customer's requirements. During operation, the embroidery speed can be adjusted. Currently, the Topwisdom system supports 18 languages, making it convenient for users to use.
Multiple heads work together
The multi-head embroidery machine can work simultaneously and be controlled together. If only one head is needed to operate, the other heads can be individually shut down. When the connection is lost, the embroidery machine will stop working and give an alarm.

Working process
The patterns produced by Wilcom can be imported into the control system of the embroidery machine, and both USB and WiFi import methods are supported. The embroidery machine performs embroidery based on the patterns recognized by the system. It allows for the setting of embroidery colors, positions, sizes, and other parameters according to the requirements.
Select the desired embroidery mode, such as flat, cap, T-shirt, etc., install the corresponding embroidery device, and adjust the embroidery range. Then you can start the embroidery.

Daily Maintenance Method for Embroidery Machine
1.Cleaning
Wipe the machine surface daily to remove lint and dust. Clean the needle, needle plate, hook and shuttle regularly with a small brush to clear thread scraps and oil dirt. Keep guide rails and sliding blocks clean and unobstructed.
2.Lubrication
Add special lubricating oil to moving parts like needle bar, shuttle race, guide rails and sliding blocks on a regular basis. Use proper amount of oil and only dedicated oil for the machine.
3.Mechanical Inspection
Check and tighten loose screws regularly. Inspect belts, gears and transmission parts for wear or looseness, adjust or replace damaged parts in time.
4.Electrical Maintenance
Check wires and connectors regularly for aging or damage. Keep electric parts dry, dust-proof and away from moisture to avoid short circuit.
5.Daily Use Tips
Power off before any maintenance. Back up embroidery pattern data regularly. Stop the machine in time once abnormal noise or operation occurs.
