Print head maintenance
1. In order to avoid electrostatic burn of print head in dry weather, please pay attention to discharge in daily work;
2. Under high temperature and low humidity conditions, do not remove the print head from the printer for a long time, the print head will be blocked by ink evaporation;
3. Do not blow air on the surface of the print head with your mouth. Do not collide with the surface of the print head with your fingers and tools to prevent damage caused by debris, sweat, grease, drugs (alcohol), etc.
4. Clean the print head again before shutdown, ensure that the print head is in good condition, reset the trolley to the capping station, and then close the printer;
5. When the printer stops working for more than 3 days, it is necessary to clamp the two waste ink tubes under the cover station or close the valve in time; At the same time, put some cleaning liquid in the nozzle cap to keep the surface of the print head wet;
6. Do not use inferior ink, mixing ink of different brands and quality is easy to block the print head; Use X-Roland brand ink to extend the life of your print head.
